This was a sketching workshop I taught for a group of beginners at the Duke International House. To the surprise of some of the participants, we started off with one of the most difficult motifs: the human face. After a basic introduction to facial proportions and some preliminary exercises, the participants sketched each other. Many of the participants were surprised at how amazing the results were!
